2026 California Statewide Scottish Rite Reunion
The 2026 California Statewide Scottish Rite Reunion has officially concluded after an extraordinary three-day marathon of fellowship, ritual, and Scottish Rite Masonry in Pasadena.
Pasadena Scottish Rite
More than 140 candidates from across California received the degrees of the Scottish Rite during the weekend, including 10 candidates from the Valley of Los Angeles. It was an impressive undertaking that brought together Brothers, degree teams, officers, candidates, and volunteers from Valleys throughout the Orient.
The Valley of Los Angeles was proud to play an important role in the weekend's degree work, presenting the 17° – Knight of the East and West on Saturday and the 29° – Scottish Knight of Saint Andrew on Sunday morning.

We are especially proud to welcome our 10 newest Los Angeles Scottish Rite Brothers. They joined a class of more than 140 candidates in experiencing a truly unique statewide Reunion and becoming part of the continuing tradition of Scottish Rite Freemasonry in California.

Our casts delivered exemplary performances in both degrees, representing Los Angeles with professionalism, preparation, and the high standard of ritual work for which our Valley strives. We extend our sincere thanks to every cast member, stage crew member, officer, and Brother who contributed countless hours of rehearsal and preparation to make these performances possible.

The weekend was a marathon in every sense—three full days of degrees, fellowship, meals, rehearsals, early mornings, and late nights—but it demonstrated what can be accomplished when the Valleys of California come together with a common purpose.
Congratulations to all of our new Scottish Rite Masons, and thank you to everyone who represented the Valley of Los Angeles so well.
Los Angeles showed up, delivered, and made us proud.
August Stated meeting
The Valley of Los Angeles invites all Brothers to join us for our August Stated Meeting on Monday, August 24, 2026.
Coming immediately after the California Statewide Reunion in Pasadena, this will be a great opportunity to come together at our Valley, enjoy fellowship, and continue the work of the Scottish Rite.
Social Hour: 6:30 PM
Stated Meeting: 7:00 PM
Dinner: Immediately following the meeting
We encourage all members to attend and enjoy an evening of Brotherhood, Fellowship, Light, and Service with their fellow Scottish Rite Masons.

2026 California Statewide Reunion – Support the Valley of Los Angeles
August 21–23, 2026 • Pasadena Scottish Rite Cathedral
The Valley of Los Angeles is proud to participate in the 2026 Orient of California Statewide Reunion, hosted by the Valley of Pasadena.
Throughout the weekend, Scottish Rite Masons from across California will gather as the 4° through the 32° are conferred. We are especially honored that the Valley of Los Angeles has been selected to confer the 17° Degree on Saturday morning and the 29° Degree on Sunday morning.
We encourage all members to come to Pasadena and support our officers, cast, and candidates as they represent our Valley before the entire Orient.
Hotel Accommodations
The Valley of Los Angeles has reserved a block of rooms at The Westin Pasadena for our cast members and candidates on Friday and Saturday nights.
Brothers who are not part of the cast but would like to attend are welcome to join us. If you require hotel accommodations, please contact the General Secretary no later than July 30 so additional reservations can be arranged, if available.
Meals & Parking
To encourage participation, the Valley of Los Angeles will cover the cost of reunion meals for all Los Angeles Scottish Rite members who attend. To ensure accurate meal counts can be provided to the Valley of Pasadena, please RSVP as soon as possible.
Complimentary parking will be available throughout the weekend at the Pasadena Scottish Rite Cathedral.

July Stated Meeting – Deputy's Official Visit

This month, we are honored to welcome Illustrious Arthur L. Salazar, Jr., 33°, Deputy of the Supreme Council in the Orient of California, for his Official Visit to our Valley. This is an important evening for our Valley and an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the strength, fellowship, and vitality of Los Angeles Scottish Rite.

The Brethren of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Los Angeles, are cordially invited to attend our June Stated Meeting featuring a special visitation by Most Worshipful Garrett S. Chan, Grand Master of Masons in California.
This is a wonderful opportunity to welcome the Grand Master to our Valley, hear his remarks, and enjoy an evening of fellowship with Brethren from throughout Southern California.
